Looks like a nice body to me. Other than possible floor work which most projects need. If the chassis is not your taste may be able to sell off. A body that hasn't been hacked on is always a plus to...

You might be able to swap out the steering mast and put turn signals inside the hub. I did that on my 52 f1. Used a mast from 53-55 truck then used a 40 deluxe wheel.

Have used this item 2-3 times and have been happy. Bought mine from a guy off ebay that makes them probably for jamco and were $10 cheaper.

That's a good idea. If you can find a dash gauge the same diameter you could rob the glass from it.

Adding an original speaker bracket for an additional $75 and a new repro speaker for an additional $65. The speaker is not the one pictured above.

Look up a 70s maverick or mustang on napaonline they give the length. Used a maverick one on my 52 panel with a c4. They are 66 inches long and $21.

I leave the original circuit as is so that one could run either the mechanical or solid state vibrator.

Yes to the orange but the gray one might be a coil not a cap based on how the leads exit the body.

Buffer caps are mounted to the vibrator pins sometimes under a metal shield. I use 1600V orange dips for the F1 radios I have done.

The 50s station is easy...middle of the dial. Haven't scanned...

tubesandmore.com carry the solid state vibrators. Caps are capacitors. The originals were paper and wax and weren't very good back then. Need to be replaced with modern units.

I have had several reconed cost was around $75 each. But then I wanted an original. Sometimes the magnet on the original fits the mounting in the F1 better than a new one due to the angled bracket it...
