Does anybody know anything about mribbich?

I found an ad in the Wanted section from an mribbich in Eagle, Wi.
He claims to have a lot of early Ford parts. I've never seen or heard of him
previously and want to know if he is legitimate or...

Re: ‘46 Choke and Throttle rods

Bruce: When I did my 41 pickup, I TIG Tack welded them. With caution, you can avoid melting the rubber. If I had to do it again, I would probably crimp them as you thought or swage them with a...

Re: 6 Volt heater motor rebuild

I'm making progress. Ecklers has a wiring harness that I ordered.
There is a place in California that would rebuild the Redmond motor I have.
I'm not very fond of their price structure though....

6 Volt heater motor rebuild

I just went through a lot of search results looking for information regarding rebuilding of my 6 volt heater motor. Unfortunately, most of it was at least 10 years old and not all that current.

Re: Columbia Rear end? 1936

293131: I found this on ebay.

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/144988130311.
It's @ $1,500.00 USD and $500.00 freight.
It is pretty much junk in my opinion, but perhaps it could be restored.
That's you...

The first is the hood latch itself.
The second is the of the grill side...

Re: 1941 PickUp Cab Heater

Newc: The 39/40 heater is a two door style. The 41 is the first year of the three door style. I could use a 39/40, but why would I when I can find a 41?

pistonbroke: I don't disagree with your...

Re: 1941 PickUp Cab Heater

I have no holes in the firewall. Either the truck never had a heater, or, the firewall was replaced in a restoration process before I purchased it.

40larry: Are you possibly Larry Caplan?

Re: 41 pick up fuel tank sending unit

I happened to think of this after posting my last message.

This flange issue isn't strictly on '41 pickup. I could happen on almost any sending unit.

If you are replacing your sending unit,...

Re: 41 pick up fuel tank sending unit

So, I found the problem to my gas tank leaking around the sending unit.

It didn't have anything to do with the tank.
It was the sending unit itself. The mounting flange must not have been...
