Did you investigate "Title in lieu of bond for older vehicles"? Can check out on their website. That was the process I used which has some similar requirements but may work for you.

The F1 has splines and a taper. The 40 only has a taper and keyway. The later 53-55 wheels will fit on the F1 shaft but will have to change column mast to make it look right. I used the 53-55 column...

Well the truck ones from later years are still going to be big. My 52 came with a 51 car wheel but also had the column mast from the car as well. I wasn't into the car wheel so I put a Vintique 40...

You can place a piece of wood between the door and the post then closing the door against it will spread the hinge thereby moving it away from the post.

I need a tube cover for a radio I am fixing. Radio is from a 1950 Ford car. The number on the side starts with 0MF. Also used in 51-52 trucks. This cover is 9 inches long and about 4-1/4 inches wide...
