You have power going to ground [short] somewhere. A ground from frame to engine/transmission is a good thing, or should be a good thing. You are picking up power somewhere you shouldn't be.

Not much info to go on.
But, the problem is usually the radiator itself. You may be able to take to a radiator shop and have clean it. Or , you buy a new one.
These monsters tend to build up rust...

40 years ago I got tired of getting the single finger salute from all the soccer moms. People do not know or care about hand signals.
So, the Parks, Cowls and Brake lights became LED Turns.

These are mechanical non energizing brakes which are very different to modern energizing hydraulic systems. It takes some getting used to working on these.

Back lash is measured with a dial indicator fastened so the indicator is on a tooth of the ring gear. Both backlash and tooth pattern go hand in hand.
