Re: '34 Truck comes to live with it's brother.
GREAT photos of TRUCKS!!! MY 1934 pickup is "out" all the time. Had a 1937 1 1/2 ton dump and I donated it to the Early Ford V8 Museum in Auburn, IN. It is in a "nice" home for all to see.

Re: Fuel issues
What kind of fuel are you using? Unleaded and has alcohol in fuel? Here in MI we can ge "rec fuel" with no alcohol mixed in. My 1934 and 1957 run much better on that fuel. Just a thought.

Re: wind lace
I bought my window lace from an "e-bay seller" classicautotrimnv that was "on sale". I have 1957 country squire. I bought "red" to match the original color. Give them a look. Quality lace.

Re: 1934 pickup battery access size
I got my inspection plate from Model A parts dealer as well. Fits just like the original. A lot of Model A parts will fit your '33-'34 pickup.

Re: 34 PU New project from an estate- all apart
Looking good!!! You might have to modify your cab blocks as you stated, but that's OK. My '34 is stock but it is "your truck" and do it the way you want. It is on its way to becoming, "you can...

Re: Dearborn 23
A GREAT Dearborn meet and I agree with all that has been said as well. A little rain did not bother many and the area needed the rain anyway.

Re: 1933-1934 pickup parts
I made mine as well. Took some "construction paper" and made a templet. Then got some rubber matting material from LaBaron Bonney. But that was a "few years ago".
