3speed side loader cluster gear plate

I'm rebuilding an 889A 3 speed side loader. It needs a cluster gear rear plate, but the only one available is 32-16823-1 which is "thick" at 0.180 inches. I need one at 0.120 inches. Is one available?

899A=1948 100HP, the rear cluster should use both the smooth washer 8M-7128, 0.045 to 0.047" and 8M-7129 thrust washer 0.138-0.140" the hole in the center of the thrust washer is somewhat bow tie shaped.
