This 1935 Ford Deluxe Five Window Coupe was recently purchased from an owner who purchased the car in 1967. The car was given a ground up, high point restoration about 30 years ago and today remains in excellent condition throughout. The car has always been stored in a climate controlled facility and the restoration shows virtually no signs of wear. Prior to its restoration, the car was a low mileage and well preserved original car-not a rust bucket like so many of these start out life as. The body was rust and damage free including the floor pans, fenders etc. Today, the fit and finnish is excellent with even gaps and margins, door and hood alignments, etc. The paint is like new and shows hardly any wear. The LeBaron Bonney interior was professionally installed and remains in like new condition including the carpets, headliner, door panels, rumble seat, etc. The chrome is also like new and the grill is probably the straightest early Ford V8 grille I have ever seen. Mechanically, the car was fully rebuilt and has only been driven about 600 miles but has been regularly exercised and maintained. The engine is whisper quiet, the transmission does not wine, the clutch is smooth, the mechanical brakes are well adjusted and responsive and the steering is light and precise.
