The B manifold points down at about 45 degrees, not straight out. I think combine is the correct answer.

I'm sure all marine exhaust manifolds must be water cooled.

It's a Gleaner and I have one like it also.

bob-C is right. It's a Gleaner combine engine manifold. I have got several of them.
