Rear end drip

Have a rear end drip from the lower plug. Tried to tighten it a little but still has a small drip. What is the best way to repair this. 1936 Club Cab

Re: Rear end drip

I would remove the drain plug and look for corrosion damage on the threads of the plug and housing that would prevent the pipe thread from sealing properly. Try a thick wrap of Teflon tape on the old plug and see if that seals it. If that doesn't work, I would suggest a new plug with Teflon tape just for insurance.

Well, it "DEPENDS" . I'm sorry, couldn't help it, but what a straight line.
