1938 windwings

I have a friend of mine (completely non-internet so I told him i would do some foot work), who has a pair of original 1938 windings. Would like to know how much those are worth and where would be the best place to sell.

thank you

Klyx

Value as is often said is equal to what someone is willing to pay.
If the windows are complete and nice, they can be valuable.
In my experience, eBay remains the best outlet if you want to realize the best selling price.

I have a pair for my 39 Zephyr and have been searching hi and low for the rubber weatherstrip that the glass closes against. Like Kube said they can be worth $$$. It would be nice if someone would reproduce these. I have been trying to figure out if the frames are supposed to be chromed or painted,I have one of each so I dont know whats correct.

The frames are chromed on the outside and wood grained on the inside. As far as price, I bought mine on ebay about a year ago for $100. Several years ago I saw a pair sell for $1200, so go figure.
