Gus And His Model Garage

I posted this today on the Jalopy Journal and figured I had better post it here as well… A guy named Mike Hammerberg fell in love with the character of Gus and the stories he told in old Popular Science Magazines. So much so, that he and his secretary transcribed all 529 of his stories and created a website. Now, we can all read them… This is pretty great.

I hate it when some guy finds a perfect ‘32 that has been hiding in a barn for decades and then sums it up with a quote like, “They are still out there…” It drives me nuts with jealousy, because while they very well might “still be out there,” I never seem to stumble upon them.
